About Tricia Vega

Founder, Interior Designer

Hello, I’m so glad you’re here.

My passion for art and problem-solving naturally led me to interior design, a discipline where creativity meets precision. I thrive on transforming ideas into bold, thoughtful spaces that are as functional as they are inspiring.

Every project begins with a conversation. I draw inspiration from my clients’ vision and lifestyle, translating it into interiors that feel personal, timeless, and uniquely their own. Collaborating closely with homeowners, architects, and developers, I guide each space from concept to execution with meticulous attention to detail and design intent.

Since earning my Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design in 2007 and an MBA in 2014, I’ve gained experience across residential interiors, office spaces, architectural drafting, and wine cellar design. This breadth of expertise informs every decision I make at 84 & Company ensuring every project balances form, function, and an elevated aesthetic.

What I love most is seeing a vision come to life and knowing that each space created enhances the lives of those who inhabit it. That connection, and the pursuit of design

About Chloe Gagua

Interior Designer

With over 12 years of experience in residential interior design and construction, I specialize in creating beautiful, functional spaces tailored to each client’s lifestyle. Since earning my bachelor’s degree in Interior Design in 2014, my work has included custom homes, remodels, space planning, finish selections, luxury wine cellars, and managing projects from concept through completion.

Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles including Lead Designer and Drafting Director, where I have overseen design teams, developed construction drawings, and collaborated closely with architects, contractors, and homeowners. My attention to detail and ability to balance creative vision with practical functionality allow me to bring each project together with purpose and precision.

My passion for design goes beyond aesthetics. I believe a thoughtfully designed home can influence how people feel, live, and connect every day. My master’s degree in counseling has given me a deeper understanding of people and strengthened my ability to listen, communicate, and approach each client relationship with empathy and patience.

I believe exceptional design begins with truly understanding the people who will live in the space. Through a collaborative and transparent approach, I guide clients through the design process while creating interiors that reflect their individual needs, personality, and lifestyle. The result is a space that is not only beautiful and functional, but personal, intentional, and designed to stand the test of time.

Tricia from 84 & Company took the time to listen to our ideas and preferences, and together we came up with a beautiful layout that maximized both space and functionality. Tricia provided options and knowledge on glass shower doors, shower hardware, floor tiles and wall tiles, and together we selected the preferred materials. Tricia worked closely with the remodeling team, providing them with AutoCAD drawings detailing the specifics of the project.
