Overview and Opportunity
This home came to me after a fire damaged the interior. The exterior remained intact, but the interior required a complete reconstruction. The owner intended to convert the property into an income-generating home, so finishes had to be both durable and elegant.
Results
We installed herringbone LVP flooring, grey marble-look porcelain and white tiles, medium wood cabinetry, and crisp white walls. These selections created a sophisticated backdrop that balances style and functionality. The space now balances refined finishes and practical design, creating a home built to last.
