Overview and Opportunity
I had the pleasure of transforming this property in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods on the golf course. The home had not been updated since the early 1990s and needed a full refresh to feel fresh and modern. The challenge was to create something timeless, welcoming, and appealing to a wide range of buyers.
Results
We replaced the old white tile with engineered white oak in a soft ashy tan, bringing warmth and flow to the space. The kitchen became a bright and timeless space with white oak and crisp white cabinets, gold accents, and quartzite countertops. The bathrooms were updated with Calacatta marble and herringbone patterns for a playful and elegant touch. Carefully curated lighting throughout the home acts as subtle focal points. The finished property now feels contemporary, cohesive, and intentionally designed.
