Trail Ridge
Project Scope: New Construction Personalization
Location: Greater San Diego, CA
Overview and Opportunity
This was a brand-new, 4,400-square-foot home with great bones but a generic layout. The family wanted the space to feel warm and inviting, yet designed to flow naturally with the rhythms of their lifestyle.
Results
We replaced builder-grade finishes with personalized details throughout the home. The powder room became a bold jewel box, while the living areas were designed to emphasize gathering and connection using tall ceilings, pendant lighting, wallpaper, and large-scale art. One of the bedrooms was tailored for a child with a cheerful mix of pink and light sage. Every corner now reflects the family’s personality in a cohesive and carefully considered way.
Let’s Create Something Extraordinary
Whether you are dreaming of a whole-home rebuild, or a single-space transformation, I make sure the process feels manageable and enjoyable.
